Congrats to Thorsten Rekasch and his TC Bredeney team for winning again the German 1. Bundesliga title. As I believe it’s the fourth time they did so. They engage good players, which probably will cost some money and led to the (to me sad) decision to abandon the also costly ITF tournament they held there for a while. Saw a clip today of yesterday’s celebration, which made clear to me that it was the right decision to go to Aachen. In Bredeney maybe I would’ve be a distraction to the players and the huge crowd would’ve made it uncomfortable for me to work. The image I chose as title for this post is from the boozy celebration 2021. Thanks again for the hospitality. In hindsight Bredeney and Luxembourg are the locations I owe the most in terms of good working conditions and results.
